Refund policy

At Surya Gifts, every product is custom-made with your selected photo, name, and message. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

❌ No Returns on Customized Products

All personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started.

Since each item is uniquely created for you, it cannot be resold or reused.

✅ Replacement Policy (Damaged / Wrong Item Only)

We will provide a free replacement only if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To claim a replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing video proof

  • Send product photos showing the issue

Without proper unboxing video proof, replacement requests may not be accepted.

🚫 No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect photo uploaded by customer

  • Spelling mistakes provided by customer

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

📦 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
After production begins, cancellation is not possible.
